Our Team
Nick Surface: Co-Founder & President
Nick specializes in marketing with a strong background in digital across all the major touchpoints (social, Google, programmatic, CTV). He understands the full process of producing and bringing a product to market across a variety of industries. His strong commercial sense helps craft visual stories that resonate with consumers and make it easy for marketing departments to execute campaigns.
Throughout his career, he has produced and directed videos for everything from national TV spots to digital only campaigns. He has also designed full campaigns and digital strategy in a wide range of verticals. Notable clients include Live Nation, Rawlings, Trade Coffee, T-H Marine, and G-Form.
Matt Wilson: Co-Founder & Director of Photography
Matt is an Emmy award winning Director of Photography with over a decade of commercial and documentary production experience. Having worked on series for networks such as Paramount Plus, Discovery and Golf Channel and commercial campaigns for Rawlings, Land Rover, Audemars Peugeut and many others. His experience allows Origin Creative to offer world class visuals and production strategy for clients of all sizes and budgets.
Jordan Huffman: VFX Artist
Jordan is a 3D generalist with experience in cinematography and editing making him a multi-talented artist with a broad range of skills in both traditional filmmaking and 3D graphics. He has a deep understanding of film language and visual storytelling, which he uses to bring a cinematic quality to his 3D work.
With experience in cinematography, he has an eye for composition, lighting, and camera movement, which he applies to his 3D scenes. His experience in editing allows him to understand pacing, rhythm, and timing, which is essential for creating engaging and dynamic animations.
His technical skills in 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, and compositing are complemented by his artistic abilities, such as color theory, design, and visual effects. He is able to take a project from concept to completion, working closely with other artists and designers to ensure that the final product meets the client's vision and expectations.
